Objective :In vigyan ashram i am leaning about electric.

INTRODUCTION:For me my project is not so easy because,there need to connect three phase connection.From starting only i am triying to do every prossible &impossible things on my project.I have made many diagram of my project because i have many  confusion regarding to connection of three phase and single phase.I asked many questions to my section teacher(Suyog sir).And he halp me very much while making my project.and my friend keygan help me to paint my pannel box.there are my machanisms on my project board,and i want to do my project on low cost so i use old (exsisting) material from our section and from out.

PLANING:

1)Frist i have achive full knowlage of my project from suyog sir.

2)Then i started to make diuagram of my project.

3) I have made many many diagrams but they all are not currect so i making diagram again and again.

4)Then i have made costing for my project.

5)Then i have search many old thing for my project like MCB,Tin Box,Wood piece ,etc.because i wanna made my project in very low cost.

6)After that having all materials,tools i started my project.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENTS:

1)Tester

2)Plyer

3)Drill machine

4)Hammer

5)Hack shew

6)Stripper

PROCEDURE:

1)Frist i have search the  tin box for my project frame.

2)After that i search many materials what ever i want.

3)My project patner kalpesh help me to made and cullect the the materials.and we have found all materials what we need and we made costing for the materials what we have noot got.4)Then i started cutting the wood piece by accurate masurment.5)Then i have made costing for my project and making diagram on daily dairy.
6)Then i have started to installing the parts and materials on the wood piece by taking masurments.
7)And drilling the holes for the screws and nat bolts.
8)Making the tin box perfect for my project and keygan collured it nicely.
9)After that i reach very near to complete my project.so i doing hard work for compliting it.
10)At last i fitted all things on the board same as the diagram .
11)And i complited my project in very short type with finishing work.

PROBLEMS WHILE DOING:

1)We face many diffulties while making the project.2)I dont know how to connect the wires of three phase supply.3)due to big drill bit many screws become lossn so i need to put there rower plug and plastic subtance for become the screws tight.4)Many wires cutted due to drill machine and again i make holes for the parts.5)While makinh perfect the tin box and installed  the wood piece over there.6)when the project was completed the while fitted the boxon currect place it was very hard.7)But we do very very hard work to make the project when i get any problem then i call suyog sir ,sir help me very much to explain the parts and make simple of problems.
